please help

my user side of our computer will not load up or
anything.i've tried restore but nothing works .it doesn't
even show my start up button or taskbar .can anyone
help????
 
Just wanted to know something. Are you sure that maybe a kid or someone accidentally push your task bar and stuff way down. Is your icons showing. If they are and you can't find your task bar and start button then you probally need to go to your hard drive which is the C drive and set it up. I don't think that's your probably but thought I would try to help Good Luck
