PLEASE HELP!

I am having huge problems today. All of my windows 95
and 98 clients try to login to my win 2000 domain and
they all stop after entering logon info. If I do a cntrl-
alt-delete I see mprexe not responding. THere is a
knowlege base article talking about this but it does not
seem to be the problem here. This is happening to all
clients, PLEASE HELP!!!! COuld this be a server issue?

Two DCs, one W2k and one NT4 shouldn't cause the lockup.
