Help how with what? You didn't ask a question requiring any help. It may
be running by itself, but we certainly don't know how much of your
computers capacity it's using.

C:\Program Files\Fidelity Investments\Fidelity Active Trader\atng.exe

If this is a legitimate program you installed, contact the program's
tech support for help.

It looks like the executable for Fidelity Active Trader. Try
uninstalling the program and contacting their support.
