Frontpage 2002 help states that you can rotate a picture
(however many degrees you would like) by selecting the
picture and then clicking on the rotate handle and
dragging in the direction which you want to rotate and
then clicking outside of picture to set rotation. I can't
find the rotate handle, could someone please help?

It looks to me like you can only free-rotate images that FP makes (such as
WordArt). You can only rotate jpgs and gifs 90 degrees at a time with the
rotate button. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)

The rotate handle appears on wordart as a little green dot at the top.

I was going to answer the same as you Victoria, but I figured I'd wait... I
agree to your answer that FP will not rotate an image that has been imported
to it. There may be 3rd party add-in's that may do this. Then again, I'm not
sure.

I do know however, Rayna, you can manipulate images to which ever degree you
want it to display as in PhotoShop, Fireworks, etc.. Then save them as gif's
with transparent backgrounds. Then import them into FP.
