Hi

This got me puzzled big time. I sent an HTML email that
contains a url. Many users have claimed that when they
click on the url, it prompts the users to locate the link
and opens My Documents. Some other users have claimed
that clicking on the url prompts them to install other
stuff (which has nothing to do with Outlook).

Any ideas what's causing this? I thought I'd be safe by
sending the email in html format, but I guess I was wrong.

Please help.

They all are misconfigurations on their end. For the Locate Link Browser
have them point it to IEXPLORE.EXE. For the installer pop-up; have them run
it or do a repair on their Office installation.
