Please Help, Too many web pages open to Adult Web Sites

Everytime I open IE about 30 other pages will spawn on a new IE direted
to:
www.thehun.net
web site. I just installed Norton Anti-Virus and that has not fixed the
issue, but it did delete a download.toon virus it found.

Can anyone please advise me on this?
