Simply taking a laptop outside the USA will not change folder titles.

Perhaps the user, who perhaps knows Danish, can translate (if this
required).

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

Help! A user in my company took her laptop while visiting a country
outside the US. (This happened before I started here...) Now, the
folder titles show in that country's language and not English. (But
the messages are in
English) How do I convert this back? (I think the language is Danish)

Have you gone into Control Panel and checked the Regional Settings?

Now seriously, this is a problem. The person's email is in English, but the
folder titles are not. Should I just re-install the software? Will the
email be saved if I do this?

It changed because the user connected to an non-English exchange server
- try the /resetfoldernames switch - if it doesn't work for your version
of outlook there are utilities at www.slipstick.com that will change them
back to English.
