Please Help! Right Mouse Button Causes Launch of New Browser Window

Hello,

When I right click anywhere on a web page it opens a new browser
window. I've tried just about everything to fix this problem.

I've tried all the spyware scanners from hijack this, to adaware and a
few others I can't remember their names right now. I've deleted all
browser "helper" programs, but this annoying problem is still
happening. If you imagine trying to copy some text or something and
right clicking on selected text, instead of a menu popping up, a new
browser window pops up.

The only thing I think might have started the problem was I briefly
ran Google Toolbar 2 months ago. I uninstalled it shortly thereafter.

Can anyone help?

Is there any way of fixing this withough formatting my drive and starting over?
