Please help restrict forwarding in Outlook Express

Hello is there any way to do as Lotus does in Outlook Express 6.0 The goal
is to not allow forwarding or printing email message by the recepient.

Ask in an Outlook Express forum. This is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.
Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
