Please Help-Question about Powerpoint 2007

I was hoping for some help, otherwise I will have to recommend to users NOT
to upgrade to Powerpoint 2007 because of this problem.

We have a user who has dozens of powerpoint 2003 presentations. In these
presentations, by default, the text is set to wrap in the text box.

When these these presentations are opened in powerpoint 2007, the text is
set not
to wrap. The only way around this that I've found is to change the slide
masters for each presentation. This is time consuming and will not work.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is something I can set in the
converter options (if there is such a thing), or, if this is just by design.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I've heard of some text wrapping weirdness, but I've not seen it actually
happen.

Could you mail a sample to echos at indy dot net? Please include a reminder
of what I'm looking for (a copy of these posts in the body of the message
would suffice.) I don't think I'll have a resolution for you, but if I can
repro the problem, I can at least report it.

Does this happen only on placeholder text or also on regular text boxes and/or
text in other shapes?
