Please help! Out of office assistant not sending replies!

Greetings, all!

I desperately need help. I have one user in a fairly
large organization for whom Out of Office Assistant is
not working properly. It does not send a reply message
when turned on. I've checked KB 309219, which did not
help - she does not use OWA nor any other computer and
there are no rules set. We have blown away her profile
then completely reghosted her machine - no change. Other
Outlook accounts created while she is logged in work
properly. What else can I try? I'll even take "what if
you tried..." suggestions! Thank you!

Note that OoOA only sends to the Internet when this is configured on the
Exchange server. Also note that the message is only sent once a day per
sender.

Since it works when she is logged in (on the same machine?) with a different
mailbox it is very likely that the mailbox itself is the problem. Probably
the fastest way to get the user up and running again is to do an export of
her mailbox on the server (exmerge), recreate her mailbox, check the
functionality and if it works import her mailbox again.
