Please Help! Not Authorized To View Web Page? Help!

When I am trying to download a couple different things
from different websites, I click on the link to download
the program, and I get a page that says" you are not
authorized to access this webpage". This happens when I
download things from Roxio, AOL, and some paintball
movies. Please help with this, it is extremely annoying.
