PLEASE help. Message stuck in Outbox

Please help me!! I'm all clogged up! There is a huge excel file
(attached to an email) that is stuck in my outbox (Outlook 2003).

It won't Delete, it won't Open, it won't move to another folder. Where is
the Outlook Outbox kept so I can go there in Explorer and delete the contents?
