Please help me!

when i try to login an active server page at my home, i
type the correct password and username and then pressed
enter, surprisingly, the login page just appear again and
i dun know what i can do with it. However, when i was in
school, i can login the page easily.

this is very important for me because i have to do my
hommework at home by using the page. Please tell me what i
can do.
