the word finalizing installation is appearing under my toolbar. can u
tell me why is this and what can i do to sort it out?

First eliminate any spyware.

Dear Glenda,
I didn't see you respond, neither do I know if you read this. But I'll take
some time why you did get avalanched with answers here. In the subject line
you have to express a brief but yet "to the point" description of your
problem. Why? Because a lot of people are glancing over these newsgroups. On
one hand the people who can support you, and on the other hand all the
persons with a simular issue as yours. So: "please help me" is annoying: it
looks like you didn't even bother to think about what you can do to get a
solution for your problem. If you read this, keep it in mind for a next
time. No hard feelings.
