Select the chart and pick Chart Options from the Chart menu, then click
on the Data Labels tab, and pick the option you want. Alternatively,
double click on the pie, and click on the Data Labels tab.
To add a label to only one wedge, single click on the wedge twice so it
is the only part of the chart that is selected, then press Ctrl-1
(numeral one) or select Selected Data Point from the Format menu, click
on the Data labels tab, and choose your options.
