Which view are you looking at the user accounts? Are you
going Control Panel>User Account??
If this is the case, you should have a look through the
Local Users and Groups manager.
Click Start > Run, then type:
lusrmgr.msc
And Press OK, this will bring you to the Master User
manager. which will show all accounts that exist on your
system.
