i install ie7 on my system then my home page is set to "http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx".
i use hijackthis, spybot,avg spywear,and Ad-Aware SE Professional but nothig,
please how to disable this monstor,

That is quite normal for the first time you run IE7, have you followed the instructions? Just click "Keep my current default search provider." and then save.
