PLEASE HELP ME! my computer's a MESS!

hi all;

I was deleting all the spywears last night, and
accidentally I deleted "rundll32.exe"....yeah, call me
stupid, but I am a starter and I tried to learn!
so...now I tried to reinstall XP but it won't work!

could you please tell me a solution for this?
all of my ".exe"'s don't work now and I feel like [beep-].

If you are able to load windows then got to Start and
click on run. In the box type:

sfc /scannow

You will need the xp cd

You can fix the exe file association with Doug's fix after/before you've done
the sfc /scannow
