PLEASE HELP ME! IT FREEZES

Okay. When I open the movie maker, it freezes. On occasion I can start to
edit my video, but it eventually freezes for no reason. Is there a patch
anywhere? I've even gone so far as to uninstall the movie maker and ordered
Service Pack 2 to install it from that. Any suggestions?
