please help, just one more thing about listbox/combo box

I have found info on how to make a list box/combo box selection and add to an
unbound combo box but I can't find info on how to add those selected to a
seperate table. Can anyone help? I need to be able to select from a combo
box one training event then from a bound list box select attendees, click add
selected, which adds them to an unbound list box (which all of this I have
info on) but I also need to be able to have this information about who
attended this training session be inserted (added or whatever) to a table. I
just don't know what kind of code this would be and I have searched and
search everywhere that I can think of. Please can anyone help me?

I found an article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base that will show you
exactly how to do this. The article is titled "How to populate text boxes
with multicolumn Combo Box selections.
