Hello, I do not know if anyone replied to your message yet but I have been
battleing Intellisync/Outlook BCM problems for over a year now. I finally
found out that there seemss to be a conflict between the Intellisync engine
and BCM. I was unable to get Intellisync on salesforce.com to work as well
as the Intellisync that comes with Blackberry devices. I just now
uninstalled BCM and the Salesforce.com Intellisync process works flawlessly.
I forget where I saw this issue but it has solved mine.
I would be interested to know why this happens.
