PLEASE HELP! I HAVE 2 PROBLEMS!

I have been trying to get into a website but these little
pop-up windows keep popping up in this website that
says "unspecified error" and then it kicks me out. What
do I do? Its never happened before.

And whenever I exit the Internet this other error message
pops up and it says "the instruction at "0x77f57bd5"
referenced memory at 0x01410010. the memory could not
be "read"
Click OK to terminate the program.

What do I do?

PLEASE HELP!

Those type memory error message are usually parasite related ...
