Please Help!! How can I set a parameter in a query

I have a parameter set in my query that ask what individual compound would you like to query by? But how can I make one of my choices be all of them, no set compound? Do I have to create a new query form? or can I ask this within the same query?

Set up a WHERE clause like this:

PARAMETERS [Compound?] Text;
SELECT...
FROM...
WHERE [Compound?] Is Null
OR ([Compound?] Is Not Null And Compound=[Compound?])

If the PARAMETER [Compound?] is null, all records are returned. If
there is a value in the PARAMETER [Compound?], records w/ that value are
returned.
