Please help - Graph that displays last 7 days data on an ongoing basis

Hi
I want to create a graph that will show me the last 7 days data only .... this data will be updated daily and I want excel to recognise this and automatically adjust the range to capture only the last 7 days of data .... Please can someone shed some light on this for me -
