I just bought a Dell Vostro laptop and it came with Vista Home Basic. I
used the Upgrade Anytime option, paid the $79 ( to Micro$oft) to upgrade to
Home Premium and the upgrade FAILED. It did roll back to Home Basic. Now
I'm out $79 and I can't get anyone at Micro$oft to respond to my e-mails.
Can anybody provide a phone number or a possible way to get this failure
fixed?
