Please Help!!!!! error message!!

Can someone please help me. I am very new to computers and dont know what to
do. I have windows xp on my computer and when I log off one user & log on to
the next, I get a box comes up saying CrashSaverError and Error On
httpSendrequestEx!!!!! What is this?? What have I done wrong. Please, any
advice would be brill as I am pulling my hair out lol
