PLEASE HELP! DVD & CD drivers missing!

Hi: A couple months ago I was helped with this problem.
My DVD CD drivers dissappeared. I went to the XP fix it
site (dougknox) and it worked. I tried again to restore
them and this time it did not work. Any suggestions?
