Please help, dont want to reinstall XP again!!!!!!!!!!

Remove all but one. Do what ever you did that caused the failure. Switch to
the next chip and repeat.

Alternatively, you can install a RAM tester, but note that they can't test
all of the RAM but most of it.

Courtney answered your question, but I would just like to add that a bad RAM
chip, or almost any defective piece of hardware (except the hard drive), is
rarely a reason to re-install the operating system. A bad motherboard, if
different from the original, may be another reason to re-install, but not
always.
