PLEASE HELP - Changing Picture duration after adding pictures

Is it possible to change the duration of pictures/ transitions AFTER you have
added them to a project? I have added a number of pictures/ transitions to a
show and it appears that the only way to change the duration is before you
have added pictures. Thanks.

You can only do it one at a time by
dragging the double red arrow that
appears when you place your pointer
on the edge of an image in the timeline.

You'll see a tooltip that shows the
duration changing as you drag.

If you use PhotoStory 3...there's a free
download that allows a global change
of the duration. Too bad we don't have
one for Movie Maker.
