Outlook 2003 seems to have a printing bug ... specifically when you print the
calendar in the "monthly" view. Previous versions of Outlook would print the
"monthly" style with "all-day" appointments being shaded or in "reverse type"
and regular appointments not shaded. In Outlook 2003, just the opposite is
true. It shades the regular appointments, and not the "all-day" events. It
is much better the other way. There is no fix for this. The only thing you
can do is eliminate shading altogether - not really a fix. I paid for a
service call to see if I was missing something and the tech support had to
refund my money because they could not find a fix. They said I should send
you this note.
I hope you fix this so the Monthly Style printout prints the way it used to,
and the way it should. Thanks.
