I have been looking for a way for my employees could schedule vacation with outlook 2010 that would send a request to me to either approve or deny their request. If denied, they would receive an email letting them know. If approved, the shared calendar that I currently use would update showing the time off requested and also save the approval to a file for hr purposes. I have searched this forum and other places and found a few things, but have yet gotten anything to work. I am not good with vb and macros, but would appreciate any help I can get.
