PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE. I AM USING WXP WITH WORD 2002. SOMETHING HAS
HAPPENED IN WORD CAUSING THE WINDOW TO ONLY DISPLAY IN CAPS. I REALISE THIS
QUESTION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO NEWUSERS, BUT AM ALSO UNABLE TO GET THAT
GROUP. YOUR ASSISTANCE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE. DAVID.

yoy need to revise your template.dot document for your requirements

.

It could be possible that you are using an accessibility function such as
sticky keys. Go into the accessibility options applet of the control panel
and check that your settings are correct.

Alternativley, check that your keyboard caps lock is functioning properly by
pressing caps or shift.

Hi,

I would agree with this approach. The user should locate normal.dot and
delete it while Word is closed. Then reopen it through the program menu (NOT
by opening an existing document).
