Please ehelp me!!

I am trying to use a 360mcsnow application. This is a program to help me get
jobs and post jobs by the internet. I have tried it with dialup and satellite
and each time I try to run it I get a message for me to check my internet
connections. I believe I have all my firewalls disabled (unless there is one
I do not know about or cannot find) Something is blocking the connection. I
can do everything else on the internet but use this application.
 
Try control-panel,firewall,exceptions,if youre program isnt already listed,
then press the "add program" locate & add it to exceptions list...
