Please can you help me....?

My sisters friend at work is parting company and she had details of all her clients etc. on outlook on her laptop, last night she left her laptop at work and when she came in in morning all the folders had gone, she thinks that someone has been on to her laptop and deleted them, so she wants to know if there is anyway of checking if anybody has logged onto her laptop when she wasn't there.......?

Go to control panel and then administrative tools

Then open up the Event viewer and look at the security tab. It should have all logons etc and the times. Look at the system/application tab for application logged events
