Please can I access Google directly from Windows Live Msgr

Please can I get into Google directly from my Windows Live Messenger screen
without having to close it?????

If I find a tab at the place you suggested if there is one for Google would
that work
and one other question...can i copy my picture from my profile onto my
pictures on my computer...its late and i hope this makes sense
