Please add a function

Like another posting, I have had a reoccurring problem
with the Midaddle and Vx2 spyware notification appearing
repeatedly - like every 10 minutes. I've swept the
computer 10 times, removed 90 risks, but still keep
getting the message "Midaddle is trying to install",

The Beta (which is pretty awesome at finding problems all
the other anti-spy missed) really needs a button similar
to the "always ignore". How about an "always remove" so
the repeated warnings for the same spyware I've already
told it to trash does not pop up and disrupt my workflow?
