playlist drop target ?

Kinda hard to describe what i'm looking for, but here goes:

I have a very large collection of mp3s. I want to be able to listen to them
and when i find an mp3 i fancy burning for the car i want to be able to drag
it onto a kind of 'playlist drop target' or 'playlist box' then when i have
found 18 or so, to be able to convert these to a playlist to burn in Nero.

I know winamp (my default player) does this, but i have to bookmark them
because as soon as i put one on the playlist then go to another song, the
original song is wiped, and it's a bit long winded this way.

Hope i explained this OK.

There is a Winamp plugin named "File Handler" that will let you copy or move
files that are referenced within the playlist.

but be advised that the page is in French. Plugin itself has English too.

1. Enqueue a song to the playlist
2. Don't want to keep it? Remove and go to #1
3. Enqueue another song. You now have what was there before *plus* the new
one.
4. Go to #2

When you have all you want save the playlist for Nero.
