Playing Sound Bites

At http://www.wunclub.com/sounds/ are a number of sound clips.If I use
IE6 to go there and then try to play them, WMP10 starts and then says
it can't play them. If I use Netscape 7.2 it too starts WMP and then
the selected clip is played. Why won't it work using IE?

It's not often I find a site which, to me, is absolutely meaningless.
However, FWIW, I tried playing some of the sound clips using IE6. QuickTime
opened in IE6 and they played ok. I have WMP10 but it did not open.
