How about posting to a POWERPOINT group? PowerPoint is part of MS Office and
as such is nothing to do with Windows XP which is the title of this group.
Go to news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.powerpoint

2003 and above have a feature called "Package for CD" click on help to find
it or when you transfer the file to another computer you also need to
transfer the audio file too and it needs to be in the same folder as the PP
slides.

I don't know, but this newsgroup is for the support of Windows XP. You
are far more likely to get the help you need if you would ask in a
PowerPoint or Microsoft Office newsgroup. That's where the PowerPoint
experts hang out.
