Playing downloaded music

I am trying to play Toby Keiths American Soldier on my
WMP 10 that I just downloaded this morning and it does
not play. I have Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2.
Can anyone tell what I need to do to get this to play.
All my other ones I downloaded play. ??? tks

What format did you download it in ? mp3, wma etc ?
