I record songs to my a CD and can play them back on my computer. When I place the disk in a CD player a "No Disc" message is displayed and will not play.
 
Have you recorded them to a CD-R and finalized it?

The next item to check is the format of the music. Some CD players may or
may not support the format of your songs. Check the brochure that came with
your CD player if it supports them. Formats are WMA, CDA, MP3, WAV, etc.
