Playing a VCD on my PC

I downloaded"QuickVCD" to my desktop,and it seems to read
the VCD ok, and says what is on it, But I can't get it to
play, so I can view it. Any help? Please and Thanks.-Jim
 
I'm not sure, but I think what may be happening is that you are using an
application that will read disks compiled and burned as VCD's for viewing on
a standalone player and you're trying to play it on your DVD drive in your
computer. There is a difference. Go to www.cdrfaq.com for info or
www.dvdhelp.com.
 
Media Player plays VCD's without any problems (I play them all the time)
