Playing a Flash Video file (FLV) file inside a VB.net application

Is it possible to play a Flash Vide file (FLV) inside an VB.net application.
(Example http://www.eurovision.tv/addons/mediaplayer/video/fin.flv )
I have succesfully done similar VB.net applications before, like playing SWF
files, by using the com componet Shockwave Flash Object from Adobe. I
thought that it would work for FLV files too, but the file just won't play.

On the Code Project Website I think is a C# application & I think VB Helper

Its only a very small application & won't take long to convert at all
because there is only around 30 lines of code

There is a VB.NET application for FLV files because I saw it a few months
back, but for the life of me I cannot find that app. If I could then I'd
point the user to that download.

Looking through the 30 or so lines of C# code it looks simple to convert

I don't see a clause saying that you must contribute with a given
amount of code to gain respect from your peers in this list.

In Herfried's specific case, I usually find his interventions
clarifying and to the point, even when there's no code involved.

Considering that his contributions to this list can be tracked down to
as far as 2003, with an average of 400+ messages/month (without taking
into account the other 30000+ messages posted by him in other groups
in the same timeframe) and considering still that many of the "new"
questions in this and other lists were already asked and answered lots
of times in the meantime, I'm not surprised that someone, at a given
point, starts providing direct links to existing answers instead of
elaborating *again* on a given subject. It's called "moving on".
