Playback of word doc

I accidently hit the windows key and s key on a word
document and the computer started reading the document
back to me.
I can't find anything on how or why this works.
Anyone know?
 
Looked under speech recognition but don't see anything
there.
Adaptability? I'll look. Thanks

Sounds like it's the Narrator program. I'm runnning Win 2000 and it's in this location

Start>Programs>Accessories>Accessibilit

See if you can find anything there
