Playback hesitation

Why does my playback video hesitate and jump forward? I tried different
settings of display size and it doesn't change. My film is from a helmet
camera on a dirt bike. It plays back smoothly on camera lcd and tv. The audio
keeps going in real time as the video catches up by skipping.

What are you viewing it in? If MM, then it could be the preview screen just
not keeping up if you have added transitions etc.

Did you get my reply? I am vewing it in MM, but when I burn a CD, the
hesitation and skipping are still there. I made another post with more info
about my video card and other conditions.
