How do I make a CD-R or CD-RW that will play on my DVD player and DVD Player
recorder? (Nero Express-burned CD's burned as DATA CD and can't finalize)

Are you referring to a DVD player
in your computer or a free standing
DVD player connected to your TV?

If your free standing DVD player is
JPEG compatible (check your
documentation)...have a look at the
