play sound over whole presentation not one slide

Hi i am trying to add sound to a presentation, that starts at the beginning
and keep going as the slides change automatically.

I can not get it to stop playing the whole sound track before changing
slide,if i remove sound no problem the slides change,

any ideas thanks tim
