?play mp3 in reverse?

Hi All

Has anyone seen a program that can play an mp3 in reverse?
The microsft sound recorder works on wave files but not mp3s.

Any mp3 editing program should be able to invert/reverse/mirror/flip
(all depends on the individual program description) selection if it is
selected.

Audacity will do it select all "crtl a" then effect "reverse"
