Has anyone order a graphic card from this company?

Does anyone know how long it takes and if royal mail or parceforce post it?

been 4 days nows and am still waiting (does state posted within 24hrs)
 
I ordered two games from play.com last Friday, The Orange Box for me and Dirt for a friend.

The Orange box arrived Wednesday, I'm still waiting for Dirt.

The majority of stuff I've ordered from play.com has arrived within three days, some has taken seven days.

An X-Box 360 gamepad I ordered never arrived at all and after a month's waiting to make sure it never turned up, they refunded my credit card.

I am getting a little worried about Dirt now, I'm beginning to think we may have tea-leaves at our local sorting office.

And that has been my experience of play.com, about 98% good, which isn't good enough, really.

I've been using HMV more and more, their prices are often better and their delivery is quicker.

rang play.com they are having trouble with the tracking code.

Do you know if play.com used royal mail or parceforce to send out graphic cards.
 
I have ordered a lot of items over the years from them. I think they are a good company and the free delivery really attracts me. I would say it has taken on average between 3 and 5 days for the items to get out to me.
 
Play.com post mind from 23/10/2007 ,still waiting and no post yep.

Not sure if royal mail is posting my card or not.
 
An update from me:

'Dirt' arrived today, 30th October, I ordered it on 19th October.

I suppose we could blame the postal strike but of two games ordered at the same time, one took five days to arrive, the other 11 days.

I did phone them up yesterday and was informed it's actually 21 days before they'll give a refund or send a replacement, not a month as I stated above.

How's about you Michael? Any sign of your video card yet?

Card came on monday by royal mail.

But my tracking code did,nt work so i did,nt know how long it would take.

11 days is bad for play.com even for a game.

Then again there better than amazon
